Purchases and restores

Include your device model, iOS or Android version, and whether you bought on the App Store or Google Play. Never email payment details or purchase tokens. Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment: Apple or Google Play.

Live wallpaper setup

On iPhone, a live wallpaper is a Live Photo: save it to Photos, then set it on the Lock Screen. It animates when you wake the phone. On Android, ScreenLux installs its own live wallpaper service for the Home Screen; lock-screen video support varies by manufacturer. The guides cover the common questions.
